“Cargo Hook” is the semi-annual reunion of HMM-764 Moonlighters. All are welcomed at this gathering
of veterans, current members and friends who make up our legacy. This year, as before, the “Cargo
Hook” events take place in conjunction with the Marine Corps Birthday Ball described below. Please

This November 5th, at the Marriott Hotel, Anaheim, California, we will gather to formally
celebrate the 230th birthday of the Marine Corps. Mark your calendars and check back here
for reservations & ticket information, which should be finalized soon. A link has been
established for you to make
hotel reservations using our special event code. Our Guest
of Honor will be Colonel Guy Close, Commanding Officer, Marine Aircraft Group - 16.
Please plan to join all the Moonlighters Saturday November 5, 2005 as they celebrate
the accomplishments of their two year mobilization and combat deployments to Iraq.
